Bola Necklaces were inspired by my Besties With Babies!
A Bola aka Belly Bell, was originally worn by pregnant ladies in Mexico. By wearing the Bola necklace near the belly, the soft chime of the pendant comforts the baby inside the womb.
They say by 20 weeks the baby can hear and begin to recognize sounds. Wear this Bola by your bump and it will soothe the unborn baby. This necklace will continue to comfort the baby after birth too, just ring the chime to help calm & relax him or her.
This is a timeless keepsake for any new mom or mom-to-be to remember those special nine months!
♥ The necklaces feature a silver or gold orb chime pendant strung on silver or gold chain. Your choice of gemstones added by the clasp in the back of the necklace or towards the front by the heart or both. This can also be doubled up after the baby is born. The gemstones of choice I can add to the Bola can either represent .... whether it is a boy, girl, a birthday, you and the daddy's birthstones, a favorite stone of stone of meaning (ie one that represents peace, calm, courage, protection, innocence or love). ♥ The packaging is just as special as the necklace. It comes with a message printed on shimmery pearlescent vellum about the necklace, its tradition and how to wear it. The actual Bola pendant is safely tucked away in a baby pouch within the signature fuchsia satin pouch.
