THE JEWELRY
All of the jewelry is handmade by Danielle, owner and designer of Ravishing Jewelry.
The metals and chains used are either gold filled, gold-plated , sterling silver or silver-plated. The charms used are either gold-plated or silver-plated pewter, gold vermeil (gold dipped), gold filled or sterling silver. All earring wire is either gold or silver plated surgical steel. Some items are one-of-a-kind and made from recycled materials. The stones used are semi-precious and collected from all over the world.
**Gold-filled is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to brass. The gold does not flake off or rub off as it can with gold plated pendants. Gold filled pendants are an economical alternative to solid gold. To care for gold filled pieces clean them regularly with soapy water, rinse well and dry with a non-scratching cloth.

This means it may take 2 – 10 days to receive your order depending on item availability, your location and which shipping method you choose upon check-out.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail or Express Mail. Shipping and handling includes insurance and delivery confirmation.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction means EVERYTHING to us! For that reason, we try to describe the jewelry as detailed as possible but since this is handmade jewelry slight variations to the piece pictured may occur and can be expected. If you have any questions or need further information prior to placing an order, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at ravishingjewelry@gmail.com or the “Contact Us” page.
Returns may be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN. You must notify Ravishing Jewelry and get a return authorization prior to shipping back any items. The items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the return authorization. Any items received without this return authorization or improperly packaged will be returned to sender. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and Ravishing Jewelry is not responsible for any items lost in the mail so please make sure to insure your package properly.
Ravishing Jewelry also charges a standard 15% restocking fee on all properly returned merchandise. For example for a $46.00 bracelet, there will be a $6.90 restocking fee.

There is nothing we love more than making you happy. One-of-a-kind, custom jewelry designs are offered for both individuals and boutiques. Do you love a design but wish it was a different color stone or crystal, wish it was longer, shorter, gold or silver? Do you want to buy your bridesmaids something to wear on your big day? We are very flexible with different colors, stones or metal combinations and can work with you on creating a design that is unique to you or your boutique only! We always try our best to accommodate your requests!!
Please e-mail us with your request, and we will work up a price quote for you. Most custom orders take from 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the availability of materials and complexity of the design. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders before work is initiated, the balance is due when the design is completed and approved.
Once we have completed your design, we will e-mail you a photo of the finished piece for final approval. If you are not completely satisfied with the design, your deposit will be refunded to you.
Return Policy for Custom Orders: Due to the nature and work involved in creating custom orders, refunds cannot be given once the design has been approved and shipped. If your jewelry is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately so we can contact the postal service for reimbursement.

We have made every effort to present accurate colors and additional specifications. However, due to variations in numerous settings on monitors we cannot guarantee the colors displayed are the exact colors of the items.
JEWELRY CARE
A little extra love will go a long way. Silver jewelry may tarnish or lose it’s shine over time. This is a natural process caused by oxidation and wear. Tarnish does not damage the silver and can easily be removed by rubbing the piece gently with a soft polishing cloth. If used regularly, a polishing cloth can keep tarnish from building up. Do not wear your piece while bathing, swimming, doing dishes, cleaning with chemicals, or anything else where the jewelry would come into contact with abrasive soaps or chemicals. Also…remember to spray your perfume on before you put any piece of jewelry on! Regularly buffing your jewelry with a soft, cotton cloth will keep them shiny. The other important key to lengthening the life of your jewelry is proper storage. Gemstone pieces should be kept separate so they don't nick or scratch each other and sterling silver pieces can be wrapped in a soft cloth enclosed in a sealed plastic bag to keep tarnish to a minimum.
WARNING – CHOKING HAZARD
Please keep beads and other items away from small children who might ingest them. While each piece is handmade and is closely inspected, no piece of jewelry can be guaranteed to never break. In the unlikely event of a breakage, pieces can be a choking hazard. Jewelry is not a toy, and children, especially those under age three, should always be closely supervised while wearing their jewelry.
